So i'm building a new home theatre system, and HDTV is the way to go. I want a dvd recorder, but I also want upconversion for my dvds. Are there any good all-in-one units, or is buying two machines my only choice?

Ultimately a recorder, upconversion, vcr, and divx combo would be perfect!
