How to cut a DVD ripped movie CD i.e., a DVD version/print ?

hi there,

A VCD print movie can be cut very neatly by using a VCD cutter software. But when a DVD version movie is cut using VCD cutter, the frame rate not only gets disturbed, but the picture quality is also lost terribly. Like how a VCD cutter does it's job of cutting video clips from a VCD movie without any loss of video quality, I want a very good software which can cut the DVD versions/prints of movies. Please help me out. I shall give u guys the list of softwares i had already tried out, and didn't get the required quality. So, please suggest a software which doesn't belong to anyone of the following :

1.) Super Video Converter
2.) Zealot All Video Splitter
3.) Power Video Converter
4.) VCD Cutter(all versions)

The MpegVCR is great, but, could anyone tell me how to generate clips all together(as it happens in VCD cutter). I mean to say about the combination of clips at different points in a movie and generation as a single clip when asked to perform the extraction operation.

Never done it but I suppose it would be a copy/paste operation much like joining whole mpegs. Then save as new.
