    ok i have real 1 meadi player and downloaded eo video program and im wanting to convrt a .rm file to a .mpg file. i do every thing it tells me to do in the direction (http://www.vcdhelp.com/rmto3.htm) <--- there, and when i press convert it says,
    error connot start real engine . (Err=30231 - 0)
    and it wont convert it for me. so whats happing thanks for your time and help
