Code-Lock.ocx is not registering on my Computer

I downloaded the latest vertion today
So un installed the old one

While installing the new one i am geeting the error Code-Lock.ocx not registered.

Then i tried installing old vertion ... Same Error.

This error will Cause any problem in the program ??

If you ignore the error does the program start?

I`ve got the same problem , I ignored the error message and the program
generated the machine licence but on clicking the "register" button , after a while it said it couldn`t contact the server and crashed with an exception error and a message to contact the author.
I restored my machine with an earlier ghost image , tried again , but the same error!
re-restored my machine and await a possible fix , this is possibly the only program that has the term "frequently used" in the XP programme uninstall menu.

If you have the "contact the author" message, simply close everything and reboot & try again and it should be ok.

Then i tried AVI to DVD it gaves me error
Since i have dual Boot
Now i installed that in another OS (windows server 2003) in the same system.
But i need it in XP. and i was using it in Xp

Pls help me
