I am trying to encode an AVI file to MPEG-1 using TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress but it won't let me. As soon as I press the "start output" button, I get this message popping up...
I know that the AVI file works because it plays in Windows Media Player flawlessly. I have run the file through GSpot and it gave me the following info...
Anyone have any ideas what my problem might be?

probably because of the ac3 audio, convert it to wav and use in tmpgenc xpress.
