    heys i got .vob dvd files that are pal and i was wondering if there was a tool that just converts it..if not then a good encoder would be good thnx

    (didn't know where to put this post.. here or DVD-r dvd's section)

    Buy a cheap dvd player that can output pal as ntsc.

    or

    Use dvdsanta or diko if you want an all-in-one tool.

    or

    If you want the best playback use dgpulldown, convert to 720x480 25fps and then apply the dgpulldown(25 fps to 29.976fps).



    Post in the general forum if you don't know where to post. pal to ntsc is no authoring. moving you.
