    Would someone gimme a full step guide of what tools id need to use a TV screen as a monitor.

    TV Tools?

    Would i need video card drivers?

    and what what i need to click and do etc?

    just need to connect the vid card to the tv usually via s vid. as far as options it really depends on the card....usually you can right or left click on the icon in your tray to find the right setting or go to display properties>settings>advanced
