    Hi I am looking for a good software program that will transfer PAL DVD to NTSC DVD.

    Will it transfer PAL vob files?
    I dont mind spending upto $100 for a good sw that will transfer PAL dvd to NTSC dvd.

    It is slow but does nice work. I use DVD Decrypter to Hard Drive

    TMPGenc Xpress 3.0 with AC3 plug-in and open up the Decrypted DVD and select the episodes/movie/titles I want. Select NTSC as the destination. The programs sets the bitrate to fit on a DVD.

    Take the converted file(s) and author/burn. I end up with AC3 audio and nice Quality Video.

    When I say slow, selecting optimize for qaulity can take up to 12+ hours on a P4 3.0Ghz

    If it is a 4 episode disk then I choose DVD9 for output @105% size. And make two DVD 5s.
