I read somewhere that Stoik Video Converter would do batch jobs, but I'll be darned if I can figure out how. Anybody know how?

The new version 2.1 does batching. Go to edit-insert multiple files...
Her name is Laura. She loves my bush. -
OK I see how to use that for multiple inputs, but it seems that the output would just be one big (concatenated) file. Am I missing something?
