    When & how did this happen?

  3. I loaded the program and i popped up before i could do anything and crashed the program. i re-loaded the program and it worked fine ??? i havnt got a clue what coulda caused it, dont think i had any other programs running either.

    Another problem i get too is the program crashes half way through AVIs i have'nt been able to successfully convert 1 AVI yet but SVCDs work pukka, and i love the new layout.

  5. yeah but its 700mb could take ages to upload it. i've tried about 10 different AVIs. i think if i tried it using a real small AVI (around 50mb) it will work because it gets to about 50% of a 700mb AVI. I'll have to give that a try. Whats the details for you FTP Server ?

  8. Just tried to do that AVI again to double check it and it failed again with an error saying ffmpeg.exe failed. and it wanted me to send an error report. Happened about half way through the 1st pass
