  1. Hello all, first off I want to apologize if this question has been asked before, or is easily remedied by a tutorial. I have searched the site and have been unable to find the answers to my question, but that may be because I don't know all the acronyms and terminology associated with what I want to do.

Basicly what I want to do is the burn a copy of the Wizard of Oz and add an audio track to it. This audio track would be the whole pink floyd album, darkside of the moon. Some of you may of heard of this before.
Anyway, I know the basics of backing up a dvd. I use dvd decrypter and dvd shrink to do that.
    Here are my main questions:
1)What file format does the audio track have to be in to be read by most normal dvd players? If it is a rare format, whats a good program (hopefully freeware or shareware) to convert it in? Should I rip the cd to wav format beforehand?
2)How do I include the audio track file in with the movie files. Currently I have the movie files in VTS1_1.vob etc... format. Do I have to convert them all to some other format to include the audio track and then format them back to VTS?
3)How do I edit the Dvd menu so I can include an option to play it with this audio track? Do I have to convert the VTS format to something else and then edit the menu file?

Thank for you for taking the time to read and respond

  2. 1) AC3 from ffmpeggui or belight.
    2) Author it, with something like DVDLab.
    3) See #2.
