    ...I had a problem with my old computer and basically had to rebuild thus losing serial #'s and the like for TMPGEnc Plus and TMPGEnc DVD Author. After sending an email and asking for help and my serial #'s they responded in kind and gave me the #'s free of charge. They acted quickly and were extremely courteous.

    I just felt like I should give them a pat on the back in this public forum. Good folks!

    you will not get that kind of cooperation with Microsoft, Ahead, or Adobe.

    Agreed. The only other "outfit" that seems to have equally good support is Mediachance (the DVDLab people).
