    If you have VCD compliant mpegs, VCDEasy is the best. How to convert ??? to VCD compliant mpeg is another story (many stories, in fact, depending on what ??? represents).
    My main complaint regarding EazyVCD is (was? - it's been a while since I had reason to look at it) that it lacks/lacked subtitle support.
