    i have a movie that i down loaded using decrypter now the movie is too big for my blank.is there any author tools for this format?Thanks in advance

    DVDShrink can open the ISO file directly as the source for shrinking.

    DVDShrink would be my tool of choice also

    https://www.videohelp.com/tools?s=19#19 lists quite a few softwares that can do what you wish to do. Some may require you to either re-rip the disc, or mount the ISO with something like Daemon tools, or extract the files with ISOBuster, but it all depends on which one you choose.
