I have the region 2 version of CTHD and having watched the film in the cimema upon its release in the UK I was very dissapointed to find out that the subtitles on the DVD had been "dumbed down" and no longer had to poetic quality of the cinema release.
I have read on the web that the region 3 (asia) DVD has the original cinematic subtitles.
I would guess that I can re-author my original R2 dvd to include the region 3 subtitles (if I can find them)? I have the necessary tools for ripping, transcoding and re-authoring and subtitle processing etc
Does anyone have the R3 subtitles please or an R3 DVD of the film that they could rip the subs from please?
Thanks in advance for the help,
James
