Splitting movie and extra features onto 2 DVD-5

I've looked at the dvd backup tutorials and haven't seen one or maybe I'm just blind.

Can someone explain or point me to a tutorial that explains how to backup a movie on one DVD and to backup its extra features on another DVD, preferably with menus intact on the extra features DVD.

I am backing up Bourne Supremacy and am interested in backing up the whole DVD but want to reduce compression, so backed up movie only on one DVD, now need to know how to backup the extra features on another DVD.

Actually, I was looking for something different. I already ripped and backed up the main movie. Now want to back up the extra features onto another DVD. I'm hoping to achieve this with the menu still intact on the extra feature DVD.

Is this possible: Using DVD Decrypter, I selected only the movie files to back up only the movie. Is it as simple as inverting the selection to backup the extra features?

So use that guide I linked to, and just blank the main movie

Everything else stays intact, menus and all.
