  2. That would be a strange choice of media code for a Prodisc +R. My guess would be R04 as that seems to be a 16X +R media code. I would bet my 3500 could give them a good burn but after all the other problems with Prodisc as of late I'll let someone else go out on a limb.

    My edit crossed your post. Most likely R04 as it is 16X. It looks like it has been around since August:

  5. We are both wrong. These are MMC; the media code is PRO3 according to Jennifer at Supermedia. I cannot find any media code like this in Omnipather's list of media for the 1633. I am leary of this and I am certainly going to wait; probably comes from CMC and I see some connections to Bulkpaq. Anyway, I avoid shiny surface.
