Any suggestions for inexpensive video editing/creation software for PC (Windows XP) that can speed up or slow down video? My DVD burner came with NeroVisionExpress 2, which doesn't seem to have that option. Thought I saw somewhere a program that had a Beat-Per-Minute setting, but not sure.
I'm a nightclub DJ who remixes songs, but want to add the video to my remix. Since most of my remixes are faster than the original song, I need to speed up the video to synchronize with the new audio track.
I'm new to video and have a lot of learning to do. Thanks for helping me get started.
