    When I start dvd decrypter it takes about 3 minutes to search for scsi/atapi devices.

    Once it has found them there is no problem.

    I'm using an NEC 3500ag which is set as master

    Please help as its doing my head in

    did you install the DVD drive after you installed Decrypter?

    Sometimes it may be necessary to reinstall Decrypter.

    2nd thing, it may not be the drive it has a hard time finding, it may have a hard time reading the media.

    Try changing the Interface in Settings - I/O.

    First install an ASPI driver if necessary.
