Can This Be Done?

Hi, I downloaded a DVD image that have a collection of CDs (21 albums) on it. Is there a way for me to take those BUP, IFO, and VOB files from the DVD and make it into seperate mp3 albums? What is the best way and tool(s) do I need to go about doing this?
