    hi..

    is there anyway i can use virualdub to convert from mpeg2 to divx with mp3 audio on command line..

    if can do that, i was thinking of writing a small windows service in dotnet that would be fire a batch in 3:00 am in the morning to do a batch conversion.

    Look for AVS2AVI . It's a command line app that will create .AVI files from Avisynth scripts. Very easy to use.
