trouble installing mpeg2enc

I am using ffmpegX 0.0.9r. I have followed the download instructions at

and also repeated at

https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=241667&highlight=download+mpeg2enc

Feeding ffmpegX with a .dv file and choosing the SVCD mpeg2enc preset gives this:

Download again ffmpegX. I fixed a small glitch which could have caused the above. Let me know if it works now.
