    hello
    i would like to now if i have region free dvd how to easily do it region 1,2,3 etc. (on my HDD of course)
    does exist program which will do it?
    i have heard about ifoedit but do not know how?
    any suggestions please?

    My first question is: why ????????

    I have used DVDShrink to impose region restrictions on DVDRs in the past FWIW.

    It just seemed strange to me why you would impose region restrctions on an unencrypted DVDR, that's all.

    Whatever floats your boat ...

    As I said, DVDshrink can do it.
