    What is the name (and author) of that song?
    The one they play at an Inauguration, as well as anytime a President speaks, etc.

    I think it's a march, likely J.P. Sousa, but I cannot seem to ID it.

    You're thinking of two songs, Hail to the Chief,Words by Albert Gamse Music by James Sanderson

    And Pomp and Circumstance by Edward Elgar

    The second one is played at our graduation. The first is only played when The Commander in Chief arrives for an official function.
