I have an mpeg file that i got from my dvd camcorder. I wanted to burn it on a vcd so i used tmpgenc to convert it but the new video file was out of sync. Does anybody know how to fix it?

... or try some of the tools in the tools section under the Video repair/fix banner.

Why in the world would you buy a DVD camcorder only to then make a VCD out of it?
That just does not make any sense!
Also you gave no real details as to what steps you took in your process from DVD cam disc to VCD disc.
Solutions to problems like these are always in the details!
