Just bought a LeadTek WinFast TV2000XP Expert Capture Card, partially for being able to record FM programs. To capture to MP3 I can only choose 22.05KHz @ 56Kb/s (Stereo) with the default settings. Does anyone know if (how) this can be upped to something more reasonable (eg 44.1KHz @ 192Kb/s)? I can record in .wav but the file is (obviously) huge....
