  1. i have a slower computer and can only capture perfect video at 352x240 with about 0.5% frames dropped and perfect audio sync. if i convert the video to half dvd 352x480- will that make any difference in the video quality?

    thanks

No...more than likely make it WORSE. You cant increase quality from any given source..but you can make it close to the source..or...much worse.

In your case POINTLESS doing anything with it.

have you tried the huffy or mjpeg codec. it really doesnt take that much cpu just more hdd space if you have it to give.

upping the frame size does not magically up the quality ... garbage in = garbage out, and as monzie says, more than likely you'll make it look WORSE.
    If in doubt, Google it.
