not sure if this is the right forum, but I have a leadtek winfast 200 xp deluxe tv tuner, and I was going record some shows through a sony dhg-m55cv cablebox from IO Cablevision. so I plug in the audio-cables in the fixed(I think the variable only works on tvs) output in the back of the box, and I go to check out the sound-levels, and as I start to turn up the sound I can hear this "humming" getting louder, maybe it's static interference or something? I don't know really, but I hope you people can help me solve it, as cablevision doesn't respond to emails.
thanks...
