Kill Bill 2 SVCD problem

Im burning Kill Bill Vol 2 - DVDrip SweSub cd1(2) (O-Lee SVCD).mpg the usual way (PAL, etc etc), but when I watch it on my tv the image is kinda stretched horizontally. It's a matter of a an inch or something.

But when I watch it in my computer - it works perfectly fine. Why does it stretch up on my dvd player? Note that I don't have problems with any other movies.
I tried burning this movie in NTSC but I couldn't read it in the player afterwards.
