    CompUSA has 50PK DVD +/- for 19.95. Says mede in Japan. Does anyone know who makes them?

    I always buy the sonys at compusa and I never had trouble with them . And I believe taiyo makes them which is a good thing. 8)

    The media ID on those are SONYD08. I haven't had any burn problems with them. Not sure if those are actually TYs or not, but they work for me and that's all I need! Make sure to get the "Made in Japan" ones though. The last time I was there, half of them said "Made in Taiwan". I avoided those. Not sure what the Media ID on the Taiwanese ones are.
