Where can I find program the does Animated Signatures.

I am looking for the title program the does this:

I have found tutorial, how to do using AAE, AP and even Flash, but they are very time consuming and complicated. Not that I don't want to learn, I just don't have the time right now. Is there a title program the does this? Please let me know if you know one.

I think the one thing you will need is time..As you said you found how to it in after effects, i think this would be the best thing for you, if you follow the tutorial you should not have much trouble.
