    Two months ago I won the lottery so I bought some
    new wheels. I was showing off and then........

    I got a buddy that could buff that right out for you under $50 and he'll even throw in some touch up paint for a few bucks more.

    Nope, it just has to be 25 years old.

    Once classified as vintage, it no longer has to go through the smog test.
