You have had a problem with the original rip and not got all the files across. Try ripping again from the original disk and see how you go.

If you don't have the original disk then you may be SOOL. If VTS 1 is large enough to be in 6 parts, then it is likely to be the main movie, and if you are missing files then you wont be able to get the whole movie back anyway.

you could try loading it up in titlesetblanker and blanking the part of the dvd structure that thinks the file is there

You might try to load main movie vob's into ifoedit and use create new ifo's button. It's been a while since I've done this, and I'm not at my home computer to walk through steps. Try this link
    http://ifoedit.wh.fr0zen.com/createifo.html
Once you have new ifo files then try to run new video through shrink. It appears that some dvd's seem to have bogus vob references in the original ifo that confuse shrink. Gurus, please correct me if I am wrong. Hope this helps

oops, I was just reading the guide. Open ifoedit first then "create new ifo's", then open vob, and follow steps in the guide. There are great ifoedit guides at their home page www.ifoedit.com. When I have this problem with shrink I usually just use another transcoder like dvd2one for mild reductions <90% or try great new app dvdrebuilder. I finally got it working, version .66a. great results with cinemacraft basic!

Yeah, that ifoedit guide looked a bit labor-intensive, with correcting subtitles and audio. Glad you solved the problem.
