MPG1 merging error with TMPenc

I want to merge 2 .mpg files but when i do that TMGenc..it crashes halfway..tried this several times. So the fact is i need a different program...but the m1-edit etc.. are demos so useless...?? So what other program is good i can use?

Had you tried merging with two OTHER mpg? I'm just trying to nail down where the problem is. Is it the mpg itself, the program, or your computer.

I had a the same problem at first with TMPGEnc. and found out my hard drive were the problem, it didn't had enough space. Merging or cutting doesn't affect the original clip, instead most program reproduce another finish clip. So, double check to see your disk space.

If that's not the case, check to see if your computer meets the requirements of TMPGEnc. or download and re-install the program again.

If all the above is not the case, go to the left and click on "Edit" under the "How To" to find another edit program. ^u^ Good Luck! Jordan

I wish it was my HD...but i got like 70 gigs left so. And i got a MORE then anough specs...concerning my comp. I geuss i could reinstall...but i never have problems with TMPenc...the only thing that has never worked is the merging of .mpg's
