    Is there a backup program that allows me to keep certain titles (turning them on or off) along with only selecting the audio tracks that I want. Oh and also able to keep the menu or turn it off?

    Therefore a program offerring me full control over the back up process.

    DVD2one when backing up TV show discs often leaves the audio tracks on some episodes that aren't required (Because there are sometimes more audio tracks on one episode than another).
