    Hi everyone,

    My conscience finally got to me. I've been lurking at this site for well over a year now, ever since I got my first digital camcorder. I have managed to find answers to all my dilemmas by reading the guides and searching. What a great site! So I finally registered.

    Of course as l gained knowledge, I got interested in other video things... now I have a video recorder and really enjoy editing out commercials (sometimes it's more enjoyable than watching the TV show LOL).

    So I just wanted to thank all the contributors and especially the site owner(s) for making me a little smarter. Now I am becoming a surf bum and spend way too much time just reading the goofy threads here in the Off Topic forum.

    Hope this (my first) post ends up in the right place.
