This camcorder has S video out and RCA jacks is their a converter to Firewire. Or what . Thanks Blindman

There isn't a converter, you have separate outputs. The analogue comes out on an S-Video socket and the Firewire comes out of a Firewire socket. Sony call it i-Link so it may be marked as that although on my DCR-VX700 it is marked as DV OUT.

As Richard_G pointed out you only need a firewire cable. The port on the cam will look similar to a small USB port such as the ones found on most digital cameras. The difference will be a small indentation on one side.
It's a 4 pin port, you proabably need a 4 pin to 6 pin cable depending on the port on your computer. Most are 6 pin on a computer..... I-link, firewire or 1394. They are the same.
