hello
i have a pioneer DVR 107D using firmware 1.18(official)
ive used datawrite yellow classics and red v3's(both 4x) and recorded fine at 4x in about 14mins, never had a problem with them
however i bought some datawrite greytop 8x DVD-R recently(FUJIFILM03) and cant seem to burn at 8x in 8mins.
usual time ranges from 10mins to 14mins(at 8x), it just seems to do what it wants, even took 16mins once.
burning at 4x is fine though
i havent burnt one grey disc faster than 10mins yet
can anyone reccomend a solution or even a better 8x DVD-R disc to use on my 107
thanks
