Hello:
I have a hauppauge 250 capture card. I am transfering VHS tapes to hard drive and then burning to DVD. What I'd like to do is to help out a freind with one of their VHS tapes. I thought to save time if he wrote down the times of the clips he wants in the 00:00:00 format I could capture just those parts. Is there any way to sync up to those timecodes during capture??
Thanks

Not with the equipment you have I suspect, your much better strting the encode manually as close as you can, then trimming the resulting file.
