Ritek's at Meritline-a real deal or what?

I've been shopping around for some nice DVD-/+R. I had my mind set on Taiyo Yuden, but I found Ritek G05 8x DVD-r at www.mertline.com 50pk for $23.50(usd) with free shipping. These ones are Ridata branded, and have a 60 day money back gurantee with no restocking fee...is that a good deal or what? I was recently aware of the fakes in circulation, but these can't be...any suggestions or comments?

Keep an eye on this Newegg link if you are not in a hurry. The price is high now but last week they were $44 delivered for 100 and they are due for another rebate.
