everything went really good for me at first with them, and after a few months it went downhill fast...

what about mail time? I found I could rent about 20 a month when it was fast.Things are changing though.

Hmmm. I've been with Netflix for about 3 months and haven't experienced any noticeable slowdown. I've got the 3-out plan and last month I was able to turn-around 20 movies. I suppose it's still too soon to tell, though.

thats about right 20 ..I could get this also but with the chaos at home I forget to turn in the movies for a few days ..also I am not expecting them in the mail anylonger so I dont really keep track ...

They have a warehouse just down the road from me...

My movies get to me the next day.... like clockwork. I can turn 9 movies a week - if I had time to watch that many in a week...... wife and kids love it, no more driving to Blockbuster...

I'm still on Netflix. 2- to 3-day turnaround (average) is norm for me. My distro-center is Worchester, MA, ~100miles as the crow flies.
