My second writer, the first returned because it just wouldn't work. Now when trying to play a DVD (Shrek) Nero says "Internal error. Cannot build graph. Application may be installed incorectl;y" OK, so I re-installed 6 times from CD and then from Nero web update - Same results. Then I try WMP. It plays picture but no audio. I try InterActual Player, same, picture great, audio zilch. Well, I then dig out an old home recorded DVD and...perfect, pic and audio good. What gives? Can anyone help. Jeez, I'm not even burning yet and I can't even play a DVD!
