I have a GSA4040B DVD writer from LG, I am burning a DVD Video using Nero on a Maxell DVD-RW 2X. It works well on my Stand Alone DVD player (Panasonic RV-32) and also plays well on a Panasonic
SC-HT70.
I also have the LG GSA4120B DVD Writer. If I burn the same DVD Video Files on the SAME media, it will play on my Panasonic RV-32 but not on my SC-HT70....
Not a media problem.... I never thought the writer could cause such a problem... any ideas???

Different burners can burn a little differently. Different players have different tolerances. Mix the 2 and stuff like this CAN happen.
Try a different media, its possible your GSA4120B just doesn't like that disc, though it should be a fine disk by most standards. Also make sure you firmwares are upto date on the problem burner.
