At my work we have cameras that have the capability to be seen from certain computers on the network with the appropriate software. When you open up the software and pick a camera it displays the name of the camera but not the video feed. I just get a black screen. We have walked through things with the company and we meet all the specs, and they can run it on a indentical system at their place. Any suggestions why it wouldn't run? It shows that everything is connected correctly the feed is hooked up and running but no video. It runs on xp and a Nvidia 128 mb AGP card.
Thanks for your help.

Perhaps you don't have the appropriate codec installed to decode the stream?
