If the problem doesn't exist on your DVD player on your computer or another standalone DVD player it's the DVD player.

Try some different media, slower burn rate or a different player.

  3. Just as a suggestion, try putting a more detailed header on your post. Many will pass by such a general question without looking at it.
It sounds like a media problem, tho I've heard bad things about roxio's software. 1st try another brand of media, preferably a name brand, and if that doesn't help, try other software. There are a number of alternatives, some of which are freeware, check the guides.
One more possibility is that you are running a machine that doesn't have the power or memory to do the job,. Try to run only the processing and/or burnong programs and see if that helps. Nyah Levi

I would guess it is a field order problem.

I suspect a NTSC/PAL conversion prob - what frame rate is your source(s) and what is your target format (PAL or NTSC)?
