whenever i load an mpg or mpeg in tmpgenc it alwasy tell me invalid video source, what can i do or set to start encoding mpgS...holla back

Is it an MPEG-1 or MPEG-2? If it's the latter, how long have you had this version and is a registered version?

Then go into paint and click edit paste or ctrl-v. Save as a jpg. Chop out what you want to show then save again.
