The file is a zip file, I use this http://www.rarlabs.com/rar/wrar340.exe just extract the entire folder.

I downloaded it like you said and then I downloaded ffmpeggui. The ffmpeggui folder is on my desk top but it doesn't look zipped. when I downloded it the unzip program came up right away. If I open the folder with ffmpeggui all it dlls and contents are in it. What went wrong I have no idea what I am doing.

As I look at your example this is what I did. One difference I do notice is my little picture of the buildings reads ffmpeggui without the .exe at the end. I am not up on anything technical but could this be the problem?
When I do double click on it, it send it down to the bottom of the screen as though it is an open program. If I click on that it shoots it out to left feld on my monitor (if that makes any sense). Either way it won't open properly.... Good grief

I find that winxp sometimes opens programs that stay in the taskbar minimized and when you click on it the program is very small and cant be really seen, what you need to do at that stage is resize it by grabbing the edges and stretching the image till its a normal size.

Hmm, they are buildings, I always thought they were domino's To be honest I haven't a clue what the problem is, like you i'm running XP Pro with SP1 and it works fine for me. Don't worry about it not showing the .exe, you must have your options set to not show file extensions. Hopefully somebody else can help you.

That would be ok if it didn't shoot off to the right so far there is nothing to grab onto. I have never seen any program do this.

Try and see if you can maximize the image by clicking on the maximize box if its there.

I think I will try to install it again. I had a friend download on his high speed and put it on disk for me to load. I only have dialup and sometimes things don't take when downloading, even know this is relitively small. If that doesn't work, maybe it is my xp acting crazy. The program worked fine on his xp system. That was pretty funny about the buildings, I mean dominos. I will have to try it in a couple of days, I will be gone, I will get back to you later. Thanks everyone.
