A total newbie VCD guide? Where is it?

Hi there.
When I first came onto this website there was a guide that took you through making a VCD, right from identifying with VirtualDub if it was NTSC/PAL etc to wacking it on a CD with VCD Easy, all in one guide....but I can't find this guide anymore. My friend is just getting into making VCD's and it was the best guide I've read on making VCD's. Anyone know which one I'm talking about?
