  1. I just installed the ATI allinwonder card. I must admit I love it. But, is their anyway of hacking a digital cable signal using it as the receiver?

    What are you trying to do? I have the cable from the Cable TV conncected to a VCR, then having a VCR hooked up to the AIW Card using a coax cable. I can watch TV or capture from VHS Tape.

    I have the exact same setup. Scientific Atlanta box.

    On mine, it has the Coax, plus S-Video, plus composite and audio out. Well... you know that Patch cord it comes with? You guessed it.

    I have the composite/audio out, going into the patch cord, just selct "Composite" as the video source. It's essentially doing what you're interested in doing. I wouldn't use Coax personally, since it's a bit more prone to interference.
