No. It wasn't me.

Yellow cards usually stay put until the owner of it asks the issuing mod to remove it after at least 30 days. Some people have had some for over a year.

The issuing mod then looks at any other cards they might have and decides if the warning worked, or if they're likely to cause more trouble. In that case they will probably just leave it. There's no requirement that the mod must remove it after 30 days ...it's purely at the discretion of the mod based on the person's behavior since getting the card.

Any other mod can remove any yellow card or red card, but it's considered not good form to undo another mod's action
